An inquiry creates no promise

Sending information does not approve a matter, reserve funds, establish terms, or require you or any provider to continue. Eligibility, availability, amount, and cost depend on verification, attorney participation, provider criteria, governing law, and a signed written agreement.

Funding agreements

Pre-settlement transactions are commonly described as non-recourse and tied to possible proceeds from a legal claim. The provider's written agreement controls. Read the full repayment terms, request payoff examples, and review the agreement with your attorney before making a decision.

Accurate and permitted use

You confirm that you are at least 18, that the details provided are truthful to the best of your knowledge, and that you are the named person or are authorized to act for that person. Do not submit fraudulent information, probe website security, overload the service, or use automated access without permission.

Permission to follow up

When you select the authorization box, you permit ClaimKind Funding and the reviewing provider to contact you about the inquiry using the information supplied. You may withdraw permission by telling the caller or replying STOP to a text message.

Independent organizations

Funding providers, law firms, hosting companies, and communications services operate independently and may have separate terms and privacy practices. ClaimKind does not control their evaluations, professional services, contracts, or performance.

Website availability and ownership
